Canning Beef Stew

I recently purchased Diane Devereaux’s book, Meals in a Jar for some recipes on meals I can pressure can for easy meals over the winter.  The first one I tried was her Beef Stew.  It was very easy to prepare.  Had to peel and chop up carrots and cut up some beef.  Processing went well.  I had slight siphoning of the beef broth, but all four jars sealed and looked good after processing the quarts for 90 minutes.  I have not tried one of them yet, but as soon as I do, I will post my results here.  I will not be posting her recipe on my website.  I have it in my book if I’d like to make this stew again.  If you would like to try this or any of her other recipes, you can find her book here:  Amazon.
