DIY Charcoal Deodorant Recipe

Back when I used to buy natural deodorants I tried many different brands and flavors. Most of them didn’t work that great. I finally came across a Charcoal version that I had the best results with. So when it came to making my own, I tried to mimic the recipe of my favorite brand, Schmidts, with as few ingredients as possible. I first made this recipe last year. It worked great for me so I wanted to make it again since I was running low on deodorant.
I had found a video on youtube when I was looking for a recipe. Hers seemed to be the most similar minus the magnesium. I have yet to add it, but I might buy it at some point. In her video she didn’t give the recipe so I found another basic recipe where I could add baking soda and the activated charcoal.
Here’s a link to the recipe I use. It has a link to the video that demonstrates making it, but as you’ll see she doesn’t give you measurements. It makes me 5 sticks. Let me know if you find this recipe works for you too.
