Ingredients
1/2 cup magnesium chloride flakes
1/2 cup distilled water (can use filtered or spring but that will decrease shelf life)
(optional) a couple drops essential oils of choice with a carrier oil
Instructions
You can warm the water first (or not), then combine your ingredients and mix well until the flakes dissolve.

Add to a spray bottle and shake before each use.

I use about 10-15 sprays a day, but everyone is different. Start slow… you can always increase later.

Best places to apply: sore muscles, belly, feet.

*Some apply to armpits as a natural deodorant but results vary and it can cause irritation when used on it’s own.
