Making Sage Bundle Sticks

Yesterday, I had to cut back the sage in one of my gardens because it was overshadowing some jalapeno plants. Once I finished pruning, I collected the best leaves to make sage sticks. I shared a video below demonstrating how simple it is to create these sticks. After harvesting the leaves, I washed them and allowed them to dry overnight on paper plates that I sometimes use for drying herbs. By the next afternoon, they were mostly dry. Instead of arranging them in multiple bundles like she did in the video, I opted to layer 2-3 leaves at a time, ensuring they remained relatively even.
