Homemade Ruffle Potato Chips Recipe

I was practically doing a happy dance when I stumbled upon this video! Ruffle potato chips are my ultimate weakness, but let’s be real — I’m not about to inhale all those mysterious ingredients they cram into them. Since my KitchenAid is missing that fancy attachment, I went ahead and splurged on the magical tool that @plantedwithkatie used. It comes with a wavy slicing blade that makes everything look like a fancy snack!
Now, let me tell you about this grater — it’s a total game-changer! It spins like it’s auditioning for “Dancing with the Stars,” and cleaning it up is a breeze. So far, I’ve only played with the ruffles attachment, but I’m itching to try the others. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with this purchase — if it were a pet, I’d name it “Grater McGrateface”!
So, I’ve been air frying these beauties for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. A splash of olive oil, a sprinkle of Lawry’s Seasoning, and voilà — pure bliss! They were delicious! Next on my adventure, I’m planning to experiment with other seasonings and toss on some shredded cheese and jalapeño slices. Stay tuned for the culinary masterpiece (or disaster) that ensues!
