DIY Lip Balm Recipe

For a couple of years, I’ve had the desire to create my own lip balm. Today, I finally took some time to make it happen. Not sure why I waited so long when its such an easy recipe.
I searched for recipes online. I liked the idea of Calendula infused oil since it’s got such great healing properties. The recipe I tried was from Colleen on Grow, Forage, Cook, Ferment. It was incredibly easy to make and didn’t take much time. My infused oil wasn’t as orange as hers so mine turned out yellowish similar to the beeswax and my infused oil. So far I love it and would definitely make it again. I did add the optional Shea butter.
